Zhao De Fei, also known as Zhao Wanqing, is a highly favored consort in the rear palace. She is past twenty-five years old with a full figure and a face like a full moon. She wears elaborate ceremonial attire including a Dian Cui Pearl Crown and Vermillion and Gold Brocade Sprig Pattern Ceremonial Robe. She holds significant power in managing palace affairs alongside Lin Guifei and Liu Xianfei after the death of Empress Cui Huanghou.
