Also known by his courtesy name Zhao He. He is the Imperial City Envoy wearing a silver Zhong Kui mask. He is the Emperor's nephew raised since childhood in the palace, and the heir to the Prince of Jing's estate. He is deeply favored by Emperor Qiande. He plays two roles - wearing the mask as Imperial City Envoy and without it as the heir to Prince of Jing. He was disliked by the Prince of Jing. He helped Huo Ningyu by bringing the matter directly to the Emperor.
