Also referred to as Brother Cheng, the middle-parted man with narrow squinting eyes who was less than 1.6 meters tall. He was involved in a deal with Huang Ergou, bringing Da Tuanjie (Ten-Yuan Notes) for the exchange. He was suspected of trying to double-cross Huang Ergou, leading to a gunfight at the abandoned factory.
