The protagonist, a little ginseng spirit who cultivated for over three hundred years in Qingyun Temple before taking human form. She was helped by a woman who visited the temple years ago, whom she regards as her mother. She descended the mountain to save her mother's family but got lost. She possesses spiritual abilities including sensing death aura and can use talismans. Mistaken for a kidnapped boy by the police, she helps solve the case by revealing the location of a buried body.
