The grade coordinator at Nineteenth High School. He is jealous and resentful that Teacher Zhang's class outperformed the others and that Xu Meng has been in the spotlight. He finds Teacher Zhang's smile irritating and makes harsh, sarcastic remarks about Xu Meng, accusing her of acting high and mighty and promoting her mother's tutoring class. He later vents about Teacher Zhang and is angered when the school leadership favors her for professional title promotions.
