A scholar during the late Qing Dynasty who tasted the mixed grain wine at a celebrity banquet hosted by Deng Zijun. He suggested renaming Yao Zixue Qu to Wuliangye because the elegant name did not reflect the wine's flavor made from the essence of five grains.
