Male antagonist/supporting character, chief representative of Nichisei Company, the largest food company in Sakura Country (Japan). He has a distinctive goatee and wore a suit. After tasting Su's Braised Beef Noodles at the Canton Fair, he realized the product threatened Nichisei's global dominance. He initially offered ten million US dollars to acquire Su's recipe, production techniques, and brand rights, but was refused. After Su Hongxia tore up the letter of intent, he showed genuine respect and negotiated a new deal to purchase one million packs at one dollar per pack as Nichisei's first partner in Japan.
