Male leader of the Qitian gang. He was a death row inmate who ambushed and knocked out two prison guards during the hailstorm chaos. He led a group of prisoners out, looted a supermarket, seized an old residential complex, and eventually took over the Losu Service Area. He is described as bold and cunning, using women and children as human shields against military action. He has several highly educated criminals under him and wears a mink coat.
