A servant of the Ji family who confronted Chen Shujin before the wedding. She showed open disdain for him, mocking his appearance and threatening that his injured hand would make him utterly useless as a scholar. She ordered guards to lock Chen Shujin in his room and gave instructions to the guards to keep the Chen family contained.
