Big Elder of Hidden Dragon Village, the leader of the water bandit group. He appeared when Jiang Jiuyue arrived at his village with the captured Third Elder. He immediately ordered an attack on Jiang Jiuyue but was killed in combat when his own sword landed in his chest after being thrown into the air by Jiang Jiuyue's whip.
