Also known as Qi Xu, the master/pavilion master of Tianshu Pavilion. He saved Wei Yunlan on the slope when she collapsed. He uses the code name Xiao Huwei, derived from the late Empress's surname Xiao. He is tall with an unremarkable appearance and a deep voice. He agreed to teach Wei Yunlan martial arts since Seventh Lady Yu was injured. He is highly respected by other Tianshu Pavilion members.
