A classmate from a well-off family who is Xia Hui's twin brother. He had previously spoken up for Quan Jingjie when bullied by Wu Jianying, partly because Wu Jianying gave him face due to his family background. He had recently had a conflict with his family and refused to take any money or food rations from them. He eagerly ate Quan Jingjie's leftover lunch, washing the lunchbox and chopsticks afterward. He ate the whole catnip (lunchbox) and felt guilty when his sister confronted him.
