Two nights before the incident, she heard a clear voice calling her from the mall while getting hot water at the hospital. Her body moved on its own, leading her back to the mall despite her fear. She walked ten kilometers in the rain to return. She entered a storage room on the second floor and stood like a mannequin before losing consciousness.
