A dangerous, intimidating man who appears to be a gangster or criminal figure. He visits the hospital claiming to be Park Joo-wan's family member to take him back. He has a commanding presence that makes others nervous and deferential. He is associated with Kwon Soo-hyuk and seems to be involved in some kind of illegal transaction involving Park Joo-wan, who was apparently sold.
