The black-robed cult leader of the Western Bliss Sect, who worshipped the Clarity Release Sacred God. He ran a fraudulent cult to extort money from followers through fake confessions and scams. He was terrified by Chen Bi's confession of being a mass murderer. He attempted to exploit Chen Bi through Exorcising rituals and later hired rogue cultivators to attack the protagonists, but was ultimately killed.
