A kind and innocent scholar who came to the capital to take the imperial examination. His parents died early and he inherited some family property. He opened a calligraphy and painting shop in the East Market. He employs Yue Si Chao for writing jobs and once gave money to a scammer who had been begging for eight years, showing his generous and naive nature. He warned Yue Si Chao that she might offend someone by writing custom storybooks.
