A general in the Japanese Self-Defense Force who commanded operations in Kyoto. He ordered the EMP attack against Xu Zhengyang, requested air force support when the AMP mech appeared, launched suicide drones to stop Xu Zhengyang, and requested thermal imaging searches after the target disappeared. He was present during the confrontation at the Self-Defense Forces compound.
