A notorious local gangster and ruffian leader who has been to jail before and continues his misdeeds after release. He considers himself the local emperor and extorts protection money from vendors. He is violent, lecherous, and cruel, attacking Tao Siyan and threatening Lin Qingyue. He was ultimately defeated by Lu Siyi and surrendered when he learned Lin Qingyue was his wife.
