A half-beast who posed as a helpful uncle to street urchin children, including Hua Feng. He only helped them until they turned twelve, then betrayed them by reporting their locations and ages to the military police. He fed Hua Feng a sedative meant for half-beasts. He claimed he did it to survive, saying if he was captured, the information would not lead to his capture. He was interrogated by Wang Kai and ultimately killed by him. His brother may also have been taken to Viscount Hamann's dungeons.
