Wang Kai is a man born with Full Body Control, an ability that allows him to precisely regulate every muscle, nerve, and physiological function in his body. He can access and control his latent physical potential with accuracy down to 0.1 gram, effectively eliminating the biological limits that constrain ordinary humans. However, this ability has rendered his life monotonous and painful, as he can predict outcomes with certainty and feels no challenge in a world where mistakes are impossible. His daily routine involves suppressing his true strength to appear normal, a burden that weighs heavily on his psyche. One evening, after hearing a mysterious voice and intervening to stop a car from hitting a mother and child, Wang Kai is suddenly transported to an unknown world. He arrives in a dense jungle, naked and confused, having been brought there by a divine entity from another world who had intended to transfer his soul into the body of a red-haired fox-eared girl. Due to a complication involving his soul's inability to separate from his physical form, he was dragged along with his body intact.
Upon arrival, Wang Kai tests his new environment and discovers that his body has adapted to the world's lower gravity and higher oxygen levels, granting him accelerated recovery and enhanced stamina. He soon encounters a silver-haired girl named Finesi, a member of the Spirit Race, who is being attacked by a tentacle monster in a swamp. Wang Kai rescues her, engaging in a physical struggle that reveals his immense strength. Despite their mutual inability to understand each other's language, they form an immediate bond. Finesi, terrified and alone in a foreign land, clings to Wang Kai for survival. As they travel together, Wang Kai tames a six-legged wolf, which he names Doggy, using it as a mount. During their journey, Finesi begins to glow and become translucent, a condition she calls the Dissipated State. She explains that Spirit Race members cannot survive past the age of eighteen outside their homeland unless they form a Contract with another being. Facing death, Finesi offers her spirit core to Wang Kai, hoping he will enslave her to save her life.
Wang Kai accepts the contract, binding Finesi to him with magical chains. This act not only halts her dissipation but also grants him the ability to understand her language and synchronizes their combat capabilities, allowing her body to merge with his as armor. Finesi reveals that her race is often hunted and enslaved by humans for their transformative abilities. With the language barrier resolved and a companion secured, Wang Kai decides to head toward human civilization. To secure resources and clothing, he devises a plan to ambush bandits targeting a merchant caravan. He and Finesi wait in hiding, observing the convoy and the approaching thieves. The narrative shifts to the perspective of the caravan's guards and the bandits, highlighting the tension before the confrontation. Wang Kai's journey is no longer just about survival but involves navigating a world where magic exists and where his unique abilities and new companion will be tested against various threats.
