Also known as Cui Pu, a disciple of the Wuji Sect. He is described as having quick wit but pretending to be experienced and composed. He offers to be the bait to lure away demons, showing ruthlessness and courage. He uses divine sense to spy on the situation outside the carriage. He is blown away by Xuan Ce's attack and later struggles to accept the revelation that Senior Brother Ji is actually Xuan Ce.
