Lance's partner during the training exercise against Wenyu. Originally planned to charge in to attract Wenyu's attention while Lance attacked, but changed his mind to just try grabbing the baton. Later promoted to team leader of the five-person squad in District 19. Promised to take good care of his little brothers, specifically referring to Lance who they thought knew nothing.
