The leader of Surina Island. He initially questioned Yue Yin about why she was on the island. He and his family appeared to worship the Thousand-Faced Moon, but their true devotion was revealed to be for Hydra during a secret ritual. He became furious when the investigators refused to pray to their deity and called them ungrateful outsiders and rude foreigners.
