A manipulative figure in the Yonghui Dynasty who is plotting to frame Xiao Jinghe. He is addressing someone called Ah Long, asking them to hide an Imperial Jade Seal beneath Xiao Jinghe's pillow so that Rui'an can discover it tomorrow and use it as evidence. He claims to be Ah Long's sibling and promises to issue an imperial decree allowing divorce between Ah Long and Xiao Jinghe, and to bring Ah Long back to the palace. His true throne is threatened by Xiao Jinghe as the last male heir of the Duke Protector.
