A wanted criminal whose photo appeared on neighborhood bulletin boards. He broke into Cen Qingmei's apartment at night armed with a large knife that had dark liquid on it, possibly from a previous victim. He had no scars on his face, distinguishing him from the scarred policeman. He knew a police officer was stationed downstairs and had apparently dealt with him. He targeted Cen Qingmei specifically, calling him pretty boy, and was about to attack him when Shu Yang intervened.
