A very fat man with Asperger's Syndrome who was the killer. He dragged an iron-black construction hammer and had tremendous strength that allowed him to break free from handcuffs. He came to the public restroom seeking Jian Ruochen after hearing his revelation to reporters. He was eventually subdued by Guan Yingjun, Cheung Singzung, and Liu Sizheng.
