An antagonist who had occupied Zhaoxue's body. He has a life spirit shrine enshrined in a mountain temple, guarded by magical beasts. If he is hurt, the shrine develops cracks which can awaken the guardian beasts. He threatened Jiang Lingfeng by revealing that Zhaoxue's life hangs by a thread the more he attacks. He knew Jiang Lingfeng's former name Jiang Linyuan, suggesting a connection to events from more than a decade ago. He sneered and spat blood during the confrontation. After being confronted, he and whoever he was with escaped, likely having awakened the guardian beast.
