The nephew of the village secretary and a staff member of the village committee. He exploited his position to deceive and harass female educated youth from the city, claiming he could help them obtain agricultural and military qualifications in exchange for becoming his girlfriend. He was eventually exposed by Li Daxiang, sent to a labor camp, and had one of his legs broken.
