A male ability user who targeted Fu Erdie's apartment. He leaned through her window with a twisted, menacing grin and had claw-like abilities that left deep scratches on the glass. He attacked Fu Erdie, grabbing her injured arm and digging his fingers into her wound. Fu Erdie fought back by kicking him between the legs, headbutting his chin, and ultimately biting his throat and severing his carotid artery. He died from blood loss and his body was completely dissolved by the Eco-Friendly Greens. He is the only ability user mentioned as directly attacking Fu Erdie.
