The leader of the Third Team in Black Stone Village, known as the harshest and sharpest-tongued leader. He likes to curse and scold people when angry, having brought many educated youths to tears. He is Lin Xiaodou's work supervisor who lowered the task requirement to 40% for females out of obligation to his younger brother Wu the carpenter, who had asked him to look after Lin Xiaodou.
