The big boss and elder brother of Tang Hai, leader of Xiayun Village. He is leaner and appears more astute compared to his brother. He established Xiayun Village to provide a means of survival for common folk in nearby villages. He and his brother eventually agreed to work for Wei Yunlan, leaving Xikou County to travel between Beiguan and Yandu Gorge.
