Also known as Consort Yushu and Guo Shuyi. The Emperor's beloved maternal figure who raised him after his birth mother Lingchen Empress died early. She was of low status with little influence but devoted herself wholeheartedly to caring for the Crown Prince, secretly providing him food when he nearly starved. The Emperor posthumously honored her as Tai Fei, and she now holds a status equivalent to Empress Dowager. She is gentle, kind, and indifferent to fame and fortune. Her residence is simple and plain, filled with incense oil scent from her Buddhist practice.
