Female supporting character. The wife of Shen Wenjun and lady of Shen Mansion. She has three sons and a daughter. She is truly afraid of the pain of childbirth, having thought she would die during her first delivery. She actually welcomed the idea of Shen Wenjun taking a concubine to relieve herself from this fear. She found it troubling that Shi Yuan was being taken just one month after entering the mansion. She warned Shi Yuan about the noble status of the person she was being sent to.
