An uncle from Song Honglian's extended family who arrived from her hometown to handle her funeral arrangements. He carried himself with the air of a high-ranking official and attempted to demand compensation from Sikanzi Brigade. Upon learning from the police that Song Honglian had contact with spies, he fled by scaling the brigade headquarters wall and was never seen again.
