A sharp-nosed, monkey-faced man who rescued Anping County's Lady from the water. He was one of the two men secretly egged on by Qin Muyun to rush into the water and take liberties with Lady Anping. He breathed air into her and pressed on her chest while pretending to perform rescue. He spoke simultaneously with Qin Zhenglin claiming he was the one who saved her. Both men displayed obvious greed and desire on their faces, which disgusted Anping County's Lady. He was part of the scheme that went wrong when Lady Anping fell into the water instead of Ye Chutang.
