Deceased father of Shu Lingchen. Shu Shu gave him different fabricated stories about his death each time he asked (fisherman swallowed by shark, street cleaner hit by car, pilot whose plane exploded). He had dark pupils like Shu Lingchen but with a cold, deep gaze. He was the one who taught Shu Shu dice-rolling in exchange for kisses (she owed him thirty-two kisses). He is described as obsessive and pathological, telling her not to think about leaving unless she dies, and that he would die with her if she did.
