Leader of a small base with about twenty people, mostly elderly and children. One of four awakened ones at his base. Described as genuinely good and warm-hearted. Saved oranges from the base's orange trees for Ming Che. Calls Ming Che 'Ah Che' and considers him a life-and-death friend. Acts as a mediator between Ming Che and Pei Lin. His base is not long established and they only know how to grow potatoes, not fruit.
