Also called Fu Zhongyuan or Second Brother. Male, older brother of Marquis Fu. He lives in the post station, occupies it with guards, and acts arrogantly toward his younger brother. He is mocked by Marquis Fu and later suffers from locusts, losing his clothes and falling down a hill.
