A powerful ogre who serves as the guardian collecting taxes from the Black Well Kobold tribe. He is as tall as a big tree with arms thicker than thighs and a voice like thunder. He fights in close combat using an enormous wooden club thicker than a kobold's waist. He has never been seen casting spells. He comes once every ten days, usually during the last two or three days of the cycle. He is described as a tremendously powerful monster that could devour half a kobold in one bite.
