Military Governor of the Northern Frontier. He was formerly the Assistant Minister of Justice during the Luozhou flood-control corruption case that framed Shen Dong. He is the only one of the eight men involved in framing Shen Shechuan's father who survived Shen Shechuan's vengeance killings. He traveled in an iron-clad carriage with dozens of guards for five years out of fear of assassination.
