Male supporting character, also known as Brother Mian, the highest authority of the Time-Space Train. He handles personnel assignment, mission verification, and issue releases for the Time-Space Bureau. He is extremely powerful—so much so that his single kick to eject Sang Chu from the train caused severe internal damage.
