Aunt Qian's eldest son who works at the local furniture factory. He is excellent at carpentry and uses his spare time to build furniture for neighbors at cheaper prices than stores. He custom-made Su Luyun's large wooden bathtub for five yuan and also made most of the furniture in her house. His work is noted for excellent quality.
