Third Elder of Hidden Dragon Village, a water bandit group leader. He led the attack on Jiang Jiuyue's ship but was captured. He claimed to have an unbreakable bond with his Big Elder, but was uncertain if the Big Elder would actually pay the ransom for him. He was kicked and threatened by Jiang Jiuyue throughout the encounter.
