A recurring police character in the game world who responds extremely quickly to Wen Qian's calls. He is familiar with Wen Qian from her previous playthroughs where she was jailed for falsifying accounts. He follows strict procedures, gives fixed lines, and rewards players with gold coins for catching thieves. He also awarded Wen Qian a Police Alarm item and the Justice Outspoken title.
