The main antagonist in this chapter, son of local prefect Peng Chun. Known as Peng the Tyrant, he is a shameless young dandy on horseback who commits every kind of evil. He orders the seizure of Little Ten and Little Eleven. During the confrontation, he uses servants as human shields and is ultimately targeted by Tang Qingluo's silenced firearm.
