Known as the 'Eternal Second Place' from his talent show days, he was always a rival of Gu Yanqiu back then. Over the years he acted in dramas and appeared on variety shows but still hadn't gained much fame. Currently he is in last place on a variety show and feels the show is scripted. He has shed his youthful naivety after more than three years apart from Gu Yanqiu. He invites Gu Yanqiu to help him win the show, revealing this as his real reason for seeking him out.
