An older, experienced police officer who insisted on arresting Jiang Qingqing despite her claims of innocence. He was aggressive and did not believe her story about the house belonging to her. He drew his firearm and fired two shots at the ceiling during the confrontation. He was stopped by Fu Zhengnan who criticized his misuse of a firearm.
