A monk who handles most of the mundane affairs in the region alongside the Fifth Dalé. He is the one who retrieved the Fifth Dalé's reincarnated child form. During the ceremony, he was seated to the left behind Tuden Gyatso's platform, wearing richly adorned robes and turning bodhi prayer beads. He arrived with warrior monks as reinforcements after the assassination attempt, taking responsibility for the security breach. He later informed Tuden Gyatso that Sera laborers' tasks were necessary offerings.
