Antagonist from a neighboring village. He is eloquent and has made many connections. He brainwashed villagers by claiming he is the reincarnation of the First Emperor of Qin. He declared himself emperor, ascended the throne, and appointed officials including prime ministers, generals, and ministers of war. He led over 200 armed followers, occupied the commune hospital, and committed atrocities against women. He appointed his plain-looking wife as empress and attractive female doctors as concubines. He was eventually captured and sentenced to life in prison.
