The second daughter of the Ning family by adoption. Her biological father embezzled company funds leading to bankruptcy and suicide, and her mother later died of illness. She was taken in by Ning Zhengyuan's mother and raised like a daughter, but harbored deep resentment. She plotted with Jiang Yi to harm Ning Jinghuai out of jealousy and greed, believing she deserved the Ning family's possessions. She is the main antagonist.
